Our goal is to look out for you, the intended parent, to help you find the best possible candidates and services available.
The Donor Concierge team is comprised of compassionate and well-educated professional women, drawn to us by their desire to help intended parents achieve their goal of growing their family. We have chosen each team member for her unique ability to relate to our clients. We have a multinational office with Canadian, Chinese, Filipino, and American case managers who speak a variety of languages including Mandarin, French, Tagalog, Spanish, and English.
It is our goal to help you to find the best third party fertility options from the finest agencies in the country. Gail has had a long history in this field and knows these agencies well. We take time to get to know new agencies, choosing to work only with agencies we feel have integrity that will take care of our clients. We regularly reevaluate our list of agencies, adding new agencies that show promise and eliminating agencies that no longer meet our standards.
The donor process is expensive but adding this service can save a lot of additional stress and get hopeful parents closer to their goal much faster. Their expertise and passion are obvious. I look forward to sending them a picture of our baby when the time comes!
Our commitment—my commitment as founder and owner of Donor Concierge—is to work in the best interests of our clients. When you are struggling with infertility, we want you to have confidence in the integrity of service providers with whom you choose to work. Two of the founding principles of Donor Concierge are integrity and transparency. Accordingly, I commit to the following:
Our fees are clear. There are no hidden costs at Donor Concierge, no surprises. Our fees are outlined clearly on our ‘Services’ pages. Those are our fees. Period. We don’t take referral fees from agencies because we don’t want to be beholden to any agency. We work for you, the intended parents, only. Rather than take a referral fee, we have asked that agencies offer our clients a discount on their administrative fee.
We give you our honest opinion. With nearly 20 years’ experience working with thousands of intended parents to navigate the unfamiliar world of third-party fertility, we have developed insight into who makes a good donor or surrogate. We will give you our opinion and tell you why we have developed that opinion. Donor Concierge doesn’t benefit from which egg donor or surrogate you choose. Our greatest reward comes when you are happy with your choice of egg donor or surrogate.
